I have done some experimentation utilizing Andrej Karpathies auto research giving it free range over bar type indicators and methods of transforms to apply to create new indicators I initially would have never considered - certainly can get some interesting backetest results has been a bit difficult to take some of those ideas to the live environment though - if you end up experimenting with it lmk if you get any interesting results:)

What changed everything for me: to stop trying to be right. George Box summed it up well: all models are wrong, some are useful. Once you get that in, the pressure for precision goes away and you start experimenting a lot more freely.

Ce qui a tout changé pour moi : arrêter de chercher à avoir raison. George Box l’a bien résumé : tous les modèles sont faux, certains sont utiles. Une fois que t’as intégrié ça, la pression de la précision disparaît et tu commences à expérimenter beaucoup plus librement.
