This reminds me to start a thread on real estate.
I have been doing a deep dive researching real estate, and it seems as if we are going to see foreclosures skyrocket. Q4 this year will be pivotal.
I can smell the blood on the streets.
If the real estate market cracks in the next couple of years, we could get some really good deals while inflation soars.
The really bad part about real estate is that the market moves so slow as the market moves with monthly and quarterly charts.
I might even think about taking a position in debt if inflation starts to rip.
