This will not end well, but it will be fun until we get there.
I think that we are seeing an image of the weighing machine of the market that we will experience in the future but not until we finish the voting phase of the market that we are currently experiencing.

Once I start hearing people forget these overprices issues but say that this is the new normal for expectations:
Sell it all.
Sell it now.
Get me in cash.
Just like a bubble. I am not concerned when everyone calls it a bubble. When everyone accepts the bubble as the new norm because "its different this time", I need to get out of town with all the cash I can as quick as I can.
